Day 1 : AIRPORT/NEGOMBO
On arrival at the Bandaranayake International Airport, you will get your first taste of warm sri lankan hospitality, representative from Nkar Travels and Tours (Pvt) Limited will welcome you and transfer Goldi Sand Hotel. After the arrivel relax at the hotel. Overnight stay at Goldi Sand hotel on BB basis.

Day 02 : ALIYA RESORT OR AMAYA LAKE
Sigiriya – is a “World Heritage Site” and the 5th Century “Fortress in the sky” which is perhaps the most fantastic single wonder of the island.it is alson known as Lion Rock because of the huge lion thet used to stand at the entrance to the palace on the summit of the 600-foot high rock.on its summit are the foundations of the Royal Palace.water tanks to supply water and all other buildings and at the edges the guardhouses.on one of the stairways the only known ancient work of Sinhala secular painting survived in the form of frescoes of 21 life sized damsels still shining in their orginal colours.The Water Gardens, Fountain Garden, Summerhouses, Boulder Gardens and the caves within the enclosed area should not be missed
After lunch at a restaurant nearby you will take a drive to minneriya and enjoy a time of watching the Elephant Gathering before you return to the hotel.
Do a safari of the Minneriya National park by jeep.The extent of the Minneriya National park is about 8,889 hectares.There are wet-lands in this National park, which have international importance, animal and plant species, which are plenty in dry zone, are found in this park. Wild elephants,various amphibians, local and immigrant bird species are plenty in this park. About 160 species of birds, 09 amphibians, 25 reptile species, 26 fish species and more than 78 butterfly species have been found in this area. There area bamboo trees which are rare in other parks and wild elephants can be seen conveniently.The significant feature is that these elephants can be seen going closer to them.

Day 03 : SIGIRIYA TO KANDY
After the breakfast proceed to Kandy

Kandy – the hill capital.Venue of the annual Perahera.The last stronghold of the Sinhala kings was finally ceded to the British in 1815.Kandy is an example of Buddhism’s influence in Sri Lanka today. Temple’s shrines and monasteries keeping alive Buddhist traditions are everywhere. Kandy, which is a world heritage sight. Many of the legends, traditions and folklore are still lovingly kept alive. Drive around the Kandy Lake built by the last Sinhala King Sri Wickrama Rajasinghe in 1806.

Peradeniya Gardens: Peradeniya Gardens situated in the hill capital Kandy. Visit to this garden will provide spectacles at extraordinary beauty and absorbing interest for any nature lover and casual visitor. 68 miles off-Colombo, 4 miles off Kandy this garden dates from 14th century reign of King Wickrama Bahu III. Peradeniya is well known for its large variety of plants ornaments, useful machine and other creepers that produce the special spices at Sri Lanka. The great lawns highlight huge tropical trees and variety at bamboo can be found in one place, the best know attraction of the garden is the orchid house, which houses more than 300 varieties of exquisite orchids. A spice garden gives you a firsthand introduction to the trees and plants used for the traditional Ayurveda medicine.

Day 4 : ROYAL BOTANICAL GARDENS/TEMPLE OF THE TOOTH RELIC
(12 Km approximately 20 minutes drive)

After breakfast at hotel, proceed to the Royal Botanical garden in Peradeniya for a day to enjoy the Lush Green grounds of this beautiful location.

Royal Botanical Gardens – Peradeniya – 147 acres in extent; started in 1374 as a pleasure garden of the kings of Gampola and Kandy. There are more than 5,000 species of trees, plants and creepers. Some rare and endemic as well as flora from the tropical world are found in the gardens. Spice Garden and Orchid House are popular with tourists. There are 5 palm avenues beautifying the gardens, the earliest and tallest plan avenue (Royal Palm Avenue) was planted in 1905 and the double coconuts from the Seashells Island, with the largest seed of all plants in the world is one such avenue.

After lunch in the Garden Café inside the Garden, you will return to the city during which you can enjoy a few hours of shopping for Gems, Curios and Batiks. Back at the city, you will get the opportunity to visit the Kandy Temple of the tooth Relic and do a City Tour of Kandy enjoying the scenic beauty of the city from the upper lake round.

Kandy – the hill capital is another “World Heritage Site” it was the last stronghold of the Sinhalese kings during the Portuguese, Dutch and British rule and finally ceded to the British in 1815 after and agreement. To the Buddhists of Sri Lanka and the world, Kandy is one of the most sacred sites as it is the home of the “Dalada Maligawa” – temple of the sacred tooth relic of Lord Buddha. Today it is the center of Buddhism, Arts, Crafts, Dancing, Music and Culture. Visitors can see these Dance and Music at the daily cultural performances held at several places in the city

As an optional activity you can even choose to walk around the lake if you please.

Day 05 : KANDY/NUWARA ELIYA
After breakfast at hotel, you will be driven up along the scenic route amidst the tea estates to a cooler part of the island called “Nuwara Eliya” which is also known as “Little England”

You will have lunch at a restaurant on your way to the cool climes.

Visit a tea factory, where the best Tea in the world is produced. Here you could observe all about the process of manufacturing tea. You can also see how tea is graded. Taste a cup of pure Ceylon tea in the factory.

Day 06 : NUWARA ELIYA TO BENTOTA
After breakfast at the hotel proceed to Bentota, overnight stay at hotel “ Cinnamon Bay “. Hotel afternoon relax at Bentota beach.

Day 07 : BENTOTA TO AIRPORT
Breakfast at the hotel and transfer to the airport for the Departure flight.
