Old Parliament Building- Colombo
The Old Parliament Building is the building that houses the Presidential Secretarist of Sri Lanka, Situated in the Colombo Fort area facing to the Indian Ocean. It was built during the British Colonial era to be the seat of the Legislative Council of Ceylon. The building housed the island's legislature for 53 years until the new parliamentary complex was opened.

Colombo Town Hall Building (White House)
The Town Hall of Colombo is the headquarters of the Colombo Municipal Council and the office of the Mayor of the Colombo. It is the meeting place for the elected Municipal Council. Construction of this building was done according to the British Architecture. The front white columns and the roof top dome add majestic look to the building.

Dutch Hospital- Colombo
The Dutch Hospital is considered to be the oldest building in the Colombo Fort area dating back to the Dutch colonial era. The building reflects 17th century Dutch colonial architecture and its shopping precinct is one of the most attractive shopping centres in the country.

Viharamahadevi Park
The Viharamahadevi Park is a public park located in Colombo, Sri Lanka. It is the oldest and largest park of the Port of Colombo. Situated in front of the colonial-era Town Hall building. It is a nice break from walking the busy streets of the city.

Hindu Temple
There are many Hindu temples in Colombo. Some of the best can be seen in the Pettah region of Colombo. Hindu temples are known locally as “Kovils”. The carving on each temple roof is very attractive. They depict the many gods of the Hindu religion. Statues helped in religious teaching as when they were built a lot of the congregation were illiterate.
